The Scandinavia Ballroom
The 558 sq metres Scandinavia Ballroom is the largest room, capable of hosting up to 750 delegates in an auditorium style setup or 600 for a banquet. With a ceiling height of 5,90 metres, the light and airy ballroom offers a contemporary setting for any function.
Scandinavia Scene
The 337 sq metres event venue Scandinavia Scene offers an unusual setting for events, shows, meetings or buffet dinners. Equipped with the newest audiovisual equipment, the venue also offers separate restrooms, as well as a cloakroom and bar.
Food and beverages
For breaks between the meetings a snack bar that has freshly brewed coffee, decadent pastries, delicious tropical fruits and exotic cold drinks can easily be arranged.
The hotel has many years of experience in offering various types of private dinner parties, extraordinary buffets or grand banquets. International or Norwegian menus based on the best seasonal ingredients are organized according to your preferences.
Meetings & Events Staff
From your first contact with the Meeting and Event Reservations Department, you will be assigned a personal Conference Coordinator who will assist you throughout your event. Both the Reservations and Operations staff are experienced in helping clients with any challenges that may arise, ensuring you that your meeting or event will be a success.
